Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.
- The product has not been installed, modified, or damaged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact our support team before returning any item to obtain return instructions.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, we may request:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty Coverage
GC Automotive stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, and specific warranty information can be found on individual product listings where applicable.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use but does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Incorrect installation
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage caused by accidents or modifications
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance
- Products used outside their intended purpose
We recommend that all products be installed by qualified professionals to ensure warranty eligibility where applicable.
Vehicle Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that products are compatible with their vehicle before purchasing.
If you are unsure about fitment, we encourage you to contact our team prior to ordering.
Returns or warranty claims may not be accepted for products purchased incorrectly due to vehicle compatibility issues.
Return Shipping
Where a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as GC Automotive cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
